Raucherlampe. Sie wurde mit Petroleum oder Kerosin betrieben und stellte eine dauerhafte Flamme auf dem Rauchertisch zur Verfügung. Hierzu hält der Bär eine "Zigarre" im Maul, in der sich ein Docht befindet. Geformt als wandernder Bär, mit Umhängetasche und Studentenmütze. Sehr seltenes Sammlerstück aus dem Bereich des Tabaks.

A Bear
Rare, never seen before, kerosene Cigar Lamp.
Depicting a walking bear, holding a rod and wearing a kind of hunting bag. The bear is also wearing a cap, like students in Germany did in the 1900s era.
The bear is holding a cigar (hollow tube) with a wick in his mouth. The wick runs inside down the body to the kerosene reservoir.
The head of the bear can be removed to fill up the tank.
Made from cast gun metal.
Plated with a silver colour plating.
Made in the late 19th century.
